Wasps Insect

Honestly I have been lucky to take this picture of a wasps insect. I have seen a lot of wonderful macro shots of eye facets etc. and I wonder how these guys managed to make them. These creatures are in constant motion and this really never stops. They were flying around the flowers at our villa and that caught my attention. I was there with the camera within seconds but had to wait for a long time for the lucky shot. Wasp insects are famous for their ability to sting many times and stay alive, compared to bees who can do it only once and then die. Usually the last ones become a prey for the hornets who eat them.
