Drone Bee

Drone bees are the stingless male bees in a colony of social bees (esp. honeybees). They live up to 6 weeks and their sole function is to mate with the queen during the breeding summer season. They resemble a fly but are more colourful and attractive. Drones can't produce honey and do not feed themselves, they are fed by workers when the need arises. During the autumn they are expelled from the hive because they are of no use in winter to the females. They need to form a male bee rights movement ^_^. And why not? Every creature in the universe has equal right to be loved.
